Easy Chocolate Mousse
Quick & Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
200g Milk & Dark chocolate
250ml Whipping cream
1/2 mint drops
Method:
Firstly, cut the chocolate into small pieces (unless you are using chocolate chips)
Next, melt the chocolate with 50ml of whipping cream in a heat-proof bowl over medium heat. (Make sure that the bowl does not touch the simmering water at the bottom)
Once the chocolate is completely melted, allow to rest for 5-10 mins, while this is resting you can whip the rest of the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Add the cooled chocolate bit by bit as well as a 1/2 tsp mint drops (if you wish) into the soft peaks and continue to whip until firm peaks form.
You can eat the mousse straight away or refrigerate for about 20minutes and serve!
