Banana Oat Balls

Vegan goodness

Ingredients:
3 large bananas
2 cups oats (gluten free)
1/2 cup peanut butter (vegan)
100g chocolate (chopped / vegan)

Method:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180˚C and line a baking sheet.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the bananas, oats, and peanut butter and mix well.

Step 3: Pour in the chocolate chips and mix again making sure that all chocolate has been incorporated.

Step 4: Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out 8-10 balls and place them onto your baking tray. Make sure to leave space between each cookie ball.

Step 5: Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until slightly firm on the edges.

Leave the cookies to cool before serving.
