Ingredients;
3 cups of greek yogurt - plain
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Handful chocolate chip
Method:
In a large bowl stir in the yogurt, honey(or maple syrup), salt and vanilla stirring all until fully combined. Next spread evenly into a bowl covered with parchment paper. Scatter the fruit and chocolate on top of the yogurt spread out evenly.
Freeze until very firm, best around 3hrs. To serve, cut or break into pieces making sure to store in the freezer and take out one piece at a time.
