Ingredients;
3 x 40g Cookies
350g-500g Cream Cheese
4 tsp butter (unsalted)
1 Orange (For Zest and Juice)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
150g White Sugar
2 Large Eggs
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 350F (180˚C) and line a baking tray with tin foil.
Step 2: Add the cookies to a food processor, blend until crushed into a powder.
Melt the butter, and drizzle it into the cookie powder evenly.
Pour and press biscuit mix into the baking tray, creating an even layer.
Step 3: Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool down.
Step 4: Using the food processor add in the remaining ingredients cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, orange zest, and juice mix all together until smooth.
Add the mix to the biscuit base and smooth it with a spatula if needed.
Step 5: Bake in the oven for 30 minutes in 350F (180˚C) or when the edges brown and the middle jiggles slightly.
Step 6: Leave out to cool fully before refrigerating, once cool refrigerate for a few hours (best results 5-6hrs).
To finish, melt the orange chocolate bar and drizzle on top!
