Ingredients:
200g Milk chocolate
100g Dark chocolate
75g Raisins
20g Cashews
30g Hazelnuts
Method:
Step 1: Melt the chocolate together in a pan over low heat. Once the chocolate has fully melted turn off the heat.
Step 2: Add the raisins, and nuts into the melted chocolate and mix around until fully covered in chocolate.
Step 3: Next, prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and using a spoon or ice cream scooper scoop out individual pieces and place on the tray.
Step 4: Place into the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes and serve!
Tips: The clusters stay fresh for up to 1-2 weeks when kept in an air-tight container in the fridge.
