Ingredients:
200g Dark chocolate
50ml Double cream
25g Peanut butter
Handful pretzels
Extras:
Cocoa powder
Method:
Step 1: Firstly, chop the chocolate up into small pieces and place it into a large heat-resistant bowl. Fill a small pot with water, just a little amount, and once the water starts to simmer place the bowl full of chocolate on top of the simmering water.
Step 2: Add 50ml of cream into the bowl and mix together until the chocolate has melted. Take the bowl off the pot once the chocolate is melted. Allow it to cool for 5mins.
Step 3: Crush the pretzels up in a bowl and prepare the peanut butter. Using chocolate moulds, pour in the melted chocolate making sure that the moulds are fully covered in chocolate, gently add in the crushed pretzels and a spoonful of peanut butter.
Step 4: Do this for all the moulds, once each has pretzels and peanut butter, put the top mould on making sure everything has been sealed.
Step 5: Next, put your melted chocolate into a piping bag with a thin nozzle and begin to fill up each mould with the chocolate. Making sure that the chocolate fills up to the top.
Step 6: Add in your lollipop sticks lightly and place the mould into the fridge. Allow setting for a few hours, preferably overnight. Take care when removing the mould making sure that you do not crack the lollipops.
Tips: You can be playful with these pops, dipping them in coloured icing adding sprinkles or adding your favourite fillings.
