Nutella Buttercream

The buttercream of all buttercream recipes

Ingredients:
175g unsalted butter (room temperature)
175g icing sugar
300g Nutella
1 tbsp milk


Method:
Step 1:
Firstly, cut the butter into cubes and beat with a mixer until soft.

Step 2: Next, add the icing sugar and beat until fully combined. A little tip here, it is best to add in the icing sugar gradually as you are mixing it. I do this by adding it in a spoonful at a time.

Step 3: Add the nutella and mix once again until fully combined and then add in your tbsp milk and again whisk.

Step 4: Always, make sure to check the consistency of the icing, it should have a spreadable texture so similar to how butter can spread easily onto your bread. That is what you are looking for.

Tips: Nutella buttercream can work for cupcakes, biscuits, cakes, or just for you to eat from a spoon!
