Rice Krispy Cakes

The best kids cakes

Ingredients:
60g unsalted butter
100g milk chocolate
1 tsp syrup
50g rice Krispies

Method:
Step 1:
Firstly, melt the butter and syrup in a heatproof bowl over low heat.

Step 2: Once they have fully melted together add in the chocolate pieces allowing the chocolate to melt in the butter and syrup.

Step 3: Next, add in the rice Krispies and mix together in the melted chocolate.

Step 4: Scoop out and add into the cupcake tins, topping each with marshmallows and mini eggs.

Step 5: Allow to cool down either in the fridge or on the counter.
