Chocolate Cornflake Treats

Ingredients:

200g chocolate dark or semi (chopped)

1 cup smooth peanut butter (without added oil or sugar)

1/2 cup honey

5 cups cornflakes (or rice krispies)

Method:

Firstly, place chocolate chunks, peanut butter, and honey into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds bursts, stirring between each until the chocolate is melted.

Stir in your cornflakes and mix thoroughly until all the flakes are covered with the chocolate mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9x13”) making sure it is lined with parchment paper, spread it evenly, and press firmly down with the back of a spoon.

Place in the freezer for about 20 - 25minutes. Cut into squares and serve!


Tips:

You can store the squares in the fridge or the freezer if you prefer, they will keep for 10 days.
