Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
100g Oats
100g nut butter (almond butter)
100ml maple syrup
50g dark or milk chocolate
Method:
Firstly, preheat the oven to 180˚C. In a large bowl, whisk together the nut butter and the maple syrup until smooth. You can use a fork or a whisk if you prefer. Next, add in your oats and again mix together. Lastly, add in your chocolate pieces and mix again until fully combined.
Using damp hands, roll the mixture into balls, then place onto the baking tray (baking sheet) leaving some space between each, and slightly flatten them out.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180˚C, allow cooling on the tray for a few minutes before eating!
