Chocolate Oat Cups

Ingredients: Base

100g Oats
60ml in Honey
120ml cup peanut butter
20g chia seeds or mixed seeds
Handful of raisins
1/4 tsp salt

Ingredients: Top
2 tsp coconut oil
50g dark
50g milk chocolate

Method:
Firstly, add all the ingredients for the base into a large bowl, mix to combine.
Then divide the mixture into your muffin tin, and place this into the freezer while you are making the chocolate topping.

In a bowl, add the coconut oil and chocolate pieces and melt in the microwave at 30second bursts until fully melted.

Drizzle the chocolate on top of each oat mixture, spreading it evenly. Place back into the freezer for another 10minute or until the chocolate on top is solidified.

Store in a fridge or freezer in a tight container. Enjoy!
