Jam Puff Pastries

Ingredients:
300g Puff Pastry (pre made)
50g Fresh Strawberry Jam
250ml Whipped Cream
Extras: Icing Sugar
Method:
Firstly, preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking parchment. Roll out the pastry and cut into 3x4 rectangles or squares if you want small pieces.
Place onto the tray and leave spaces between each! Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then leave to cool.
While they are cooling, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. You can add a spoonful of icing sugar or vanilla extract if you wish to give the cream a little more sweetener.
Spoon the jam onto the bottom half, top with some whipped cream and sandwich it with another end. Continue the process until all cakes are form, finish by dusting with icing sugar!
