Chocolate Cornflake Squares

Ingredients:
500g Cornflakes
45g Butter
50g Marshmallows
Extras: 150g Milk & 150g Dark Chocolate
Method:
Firstly, prepare a square baking tin with some baking parchment and leave aside.
Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows and stir until they melt into the butter.
Pour the cornflakes into the mixture and quickly mix together until fully coated. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and using a wooden spoon, press down to make an even layer.
Next, in a large heat proof bowl melt the chocolate pieces and poor on top of the cornflake mixture.
Place into the fridge for 5-10 minutes allowing the chocolate to set. Cut into squares and serve!
