Pancakes

Three delicious toppings

Ingredients:
100g Plain Flour
2 large eggs
300ml Milk
1 tsp Vegetable oil
Pinch of Salt
250ml Double cream
1 Lemon
1 Tbsp caster sugar
A handful hazelnuts
A handful of berries (any of your choice)

Toppings:
1. Lemon wedges & caster sugar
2. Nutella, bananas & Hazelnuts
3. Fresh berries & double whipped cream

Method:

Step 1: Put the 100g flour, 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp oil, milk and a pinch of salt into a large bowl and whisk by hand until a smooth batter forms.

Step 2: Allow the batter to rest overnight or for a few hours if you don’t want to wait.

Step 3: Next, set the frying pan on medium heat and carefully rub the oil with kitchen paper onto the pan spreading evenly. When hot, cook pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden.

Serve warm with lemon wedges and sugar, Nutella, bananas, and hazelnuts or fresh cream and berries or everything together if you really want to go wild! Enjoy
