Vanilla Ice-cream

Homemade - the best kind

Ingredients:
1/2 a 397g sweet condensed milk
600ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:
Step 1: Place all the contents above into a large bowl and whisk until thick and quite stiff (similar to clotted cream).

Step 2: Pour all into a large container and cover with cling film.

Step 3: Freeze overnight to make sure it is solid.

Serve onto cones or with some fresh strawberries!
