Ingredients:
200g chocolate dark or semi (chopped)
1 cup smooth peanut butter (without added oil or sugar)
1/2 cup honey
5 cups cornflakes (or rice krispies)
Method:
Step 1: Place chocolate chunks, peanut butter, and honey into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds bursts, stirring between each until the chocolate is melted.
Step 2: Stir in your cornflakes and mix thoroughly until all the flakes are covered with the chocolate mixture.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9x13”) making sure it is lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly and press firmly down with the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Place in the freezer for about an hour. Cut into squares and serve!
Tips: You can store the squares in the fridge or the freezer if you prefer, they will keep for 10 days.
