Ingredients:
150g dark & milk chocolate
1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 cups of crunch nut mix
Method:
Step 1: Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Using a heat-safe bowl, pour in the chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil melt in the microwave. Do this in 30-second intervals, stirring well until fully smooth and combined.
Step 3: Next, add in the nut and seed mix and again mix until fully combined.
Step 4: Pour the chocolate mix into the baking tray and spread out evenly using a spatula or spoon.
Step 5: Place into the fridge or freezer until firm. Slice or break into small chocolate bites.
