Ingredients;
200g Unsalted Butter
275g brown sugar
200g peanut butter (melted)
4 Eggs
100g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
100g milk chocolate (chopped)
200g dark chocolate
Extras: Reeses cups (chopped)
Method:
Step 1: Grease and line a baking tin (9x9’) with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Cut the reeses cups into half and set aside.
Step 2: Beat the sugar and eggs until fully combined and smooth 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Next, pour in the melted chocolate/butter mix and beat well.
Step 4: Add the plain flour and cocoa powder into the mix.
Step 5: Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups carefully.
Step 6: Pour the mixture into the baking tin spreading out evenly. Finally, pour the melted peanut butter on top and using a knife spread the peanut butter around making a swirl.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until baked through. Leave to cool down in the baking tin before transferring to the fridge for 2-3hrs.
Tips: Once brownie mixture is out of the oven, you can add extra reeses chocolate on top for decoration.
