Ingredients:
Green chilli chopped
3 garlic cloves
2-3 pieces of fresh ginger
Handful fresh mint
Handful fresh Coriander
1 lemon
1/3 cup of water
1 tsp salt
Method:
Place all of the ingredients above into a blender, mix until well incorporated. Taste as you mix, add in more salt, lemon, mint, or coriander as you wish.
Mint Chutney goes well with any curry, naan bread as well as chicken tikka skewers and samosas.
