Ingredients: Roti Mint Chutney Red onion salad Cumin Rice Chicken Masala or butter chicken (see butter chicken recipe) Lime Pickle
Method: Step 1: Cook the roti in a pan for 10-15 seconds on either side. Cut halfway down the middle, so you are able to fold it into 3.
Step 2: Firstly, add the mint chutney to the first corner on the bottom left, then on the top left above the mint add in your red onion salad mixed with some cumin rice. On the top right corner add your chicken (or whatever curry of your choice) and lastly add some lime pickle to the last section.
Step 3: Fold over from the bottom left, and keep folding over until you form a triangular shape, toast it either on a grill, the pan or a foreman until crisp and ENJOY!!!
