Ingredients;
500g greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
2-3 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful strawberries
Handful of Almonds or cashews
Chocolate chips
Method:
In a large bowl stir in the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and cocoa powder stirring all until fully combined. Next spread evenly into a bowl covered with parchment paper. Scatter the fruit, nuts and chocolate on top of the yogurt spread out evenly.
Freeze until very firm, best around 3hrs. To serve, cut or break into pieces making sure to store in the freezer and take out one piece at a time.
