Strawberries & Cream

The perfect summer dessert

Ingredients:
250ml double cream
2 tsp icing sugar
250g strawberries (wash / sliced)
Handful of biscoff biscuits (crushed)

Method:
Step 1:
Firstly, slice the strawberries thinly placing into a bowl. Next, crush the biscuits using a rolling pin and place into a seperate bowl.

Step 2: Whip the double cream until soft peaks form, adding in 2 tsp icing sugar and some vanilla extract if you wish.

Step 3: Layer the dessert cups by adding the crush biscuits, then cream, and next strawberries. Repeat this process until dessert cups are full.

Serve and enjoy!
