Granola

Homemade healthy granola for my healthy peeps

Ingredients:
200g Oats (I go for Gluten-free)
100g Mixed nuts (or particular nuts you prefer)
25g Raisins
25g Linseeds
25g Kerne Mix
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 honey (or maple syrup)


Method:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 200˚C.

Step 2:
Add all the ingredients above into a large bowl. Mix around using your hands (your hands help melt the coconut oil if too hard) once everything is fully incorporated pour your mix onto a baking tray.

Step 3: Bake for 10minutes, then toss your mixture turning it over making sure that you bake all the mixture. Bake for a further 7-10minutes making sure that your mix does not burn but gets a nice golden colour.

Step 4: Serve with greek yogurt and fresh fruit.

Tips: Keep your granola in an airtight container and this can last the whole week.
