Ingredients:
1 large pineapple
1 large mango
Handful of spinach
A handful of summer seeds
2 large tbsp natural yogurt
1 large banana (optional)
1 large orange (optional)
Ice (optional)
1/2 cup water
Method:
Using a food processor or a blender, put all your ingredients in making sure the larger fruits are chopped up. You can use water or orange juice totally up too and what you prefer. I also usually add in a banana or a large orange again this is optional. Blend until fully smooth, and serve! Easy peasy
