Ingredients:
420g plain white flour
354ml water
57g butter (melted)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet yeast
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp sugar
Method:
Step 1: Firstly, combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt into a large mixing bowl and stir until fully blended. Then in a small microwaveable blow add the water and olive oil and heat up until it is warm (not hot).
Step 2: Then add your water, oil mixture into the flour mixture and stir with a spoon, and fully combined.
Step 3: Pour into a greased pan (13x9inch) cover with a towel and place into a warm place and allow to prove for 30 minutes. This will allow it to double in size, while that is proving mix your sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl.
Step 4: Using the tip of your fingers, lightly oil them and gently poke holes into the dough. Next, pour the melted butter evenly on top and then using half the sugar, cinnamon mix sprinkle on top. Allow proving again for a further 15 minutes.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 190˚C, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle the rest of the sugar, cinnamon mix.
Finish by melting some chocolate top and enjoy while warm.
