Ingredients:
4-6 Apples (brand whatever you prefer)
20g marshmallows (melted)
200g milk chocolate (melted)
200g White chocolate
1 bag of candy eyeballs
or to make the eyeballs
White fondant
black frosting
6 short pop sticks
Method:
Line a baking sheets with some baking parchments.
Firstly, if you are making the eyeballs from scratch, then prepare the white fondant by using small amounts and creating circles. Finish with a little black fondant for the iris. Continue until you have enough for each pretzel.
Carefully insert a bamboo stick into the core of each apple. I also use melted marshmallows to help them stick better.
Next, melt the milk and white chocolate in a large bowls in the microwave, for short 10-20 second bursts until melted.
Dip one apple at a time into each chocolate bowl, making sure they are fully coated. Place onto baking tray and allow to cool down, then you can begin to decorate how you wish.
