Monster Marshmallows

Spooky mallows for kids

Ingredients:
20g marshmallows (melted)
200g white chocolate (melted)
Black Frosting

Method:

Line a baking sheets with some baking parchments. And also have two glasses or mugs ready on the side.

First, place the pop stick halfway up the marshmallow centre, and place all onto a baking sheet. Melt the white chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave, for short 10-20 second bursts until melted.

Begin by dipping the marshmallow sandwiches into the white chocolate, covering them completely. You can use a knife or spoon to make sure the sides are coated, stand the sticks up in the mugs or glasses to allow them to dry.

You can place into the fridge too fully dry if you wish. Begin to decorate using the frosting tube or pen, I made little frankensteins but you can go ahead and play around with whatever you and the kids prefer :)
