Ginger Truffles

For the perfect bite

Ingredients:
100g ginger biscuits
60g Cream cheese
120g White chocolate
50g Milk chocolate

Method:

Firstly, add the ginger biscuits to a food processor and blend or place them into a plastic sandwich bag, and crushed them using a rolling pin.

Mix in the cream cheese and begin to roll out small little balls, placing them onto a baking tray. Leaving some space between, place into the freezer for 10 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate and the milk chocolate in separate bowls.

Place the balls into the white chocolate, using your finger or a fork to make sure you get them fully covered.

Place back onto the tray and continue the process until each ball is covered.

Finally, pour the melted milk chocolate on top and place the balls into the fridge for another 5-10mins and serve!
