Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
Handful of parsley (finely chopped)
2 red chillis (finely chopped)
1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp Parmesan
Method:
Step 1: Pour the olive oil onto a medium size plate.
Step 2: Add the sliced chilli, chopped parsley, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Step 3: Add the Parmesan and finish with a squeeze of lemon
Eat with freshly baked bread and enjoy 👌
