Boston Cream Puff Pastries

Prep time 10mins | Total time 20mins

Ingredients:
300g Puff Pastry (pre made)
50g Milk Chocolate
1/4 cup double cream

Method:

Firstly prepare the pastry cream - see link above.

Next, preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking parchment. Roll out the pastry and cut into 3x4 rectangles or squares if you want small pieces.

Place onto the tray and leave spaces between each! Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then leave to cool.

While they are cooling, melt the chocolate and the double cream in a saucepan over a low heat. Once melted, leave to the side for a few minutes.

Using a piping bag, pipe the pastry cream onto the bottom half, and sandwich it with another end. Continue the process until all cakes are form, finish by pouring the melted chocolate on top.
