Mint Fudge Bars

Ingredients:

500g Chopped Chocolate (milk & dark combination)

397g Condensed Milk

25g Butter

1/2 tsp mint extract

100g Walnuts (chopped)

Method:

Firstly, line a baking tray (20x20) with a baking sheet, make sure to leave some overhang so that it is easily removable.

In a large pan, add in the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture becomes silky and smooth.

Remove from the heat and pour in the mint extract and the chopped walnuts (Hazelnuts are also a good substitute) Pour the mixture into the baking tin, spreading evenly around making an even layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2hrs or until fully firm. Remove from the fridge and slice into squares or rectangles.

Finish with some melted white chocolate on top.
