Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
200g peanut butter
250g oats
50g crushed hazelnuts
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Step 1: Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it into a heat-safe bowl with a tablespoon of coconut oil and melt in the microwave. Do this in 30-second intervals, stirring well.
Step 2: Next, add together the oats, hazelnuts, peanut butter, melted coconut oil. honey,
cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp salt mixing altogether until fully combined.
Step 3: Line a mini (or standard size muffin) tray with liners and divide the mixture between each. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place into the freezer for about 10 minutes or until chocolate is solidified.
Step 4: Store in the fridge or freezer in air tight containers.
