Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:
400g sausage meat 
375g ready rolled puff pastry 
Fresh parsley 
1 red chilli 
1/2 white onion 
1 tsp oregano 
Pinch of salt and pepper

1 beaten egg (to glaze)

Method:
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add all the above and mix together using your hands to
combine the mixture fully.

Step 2: Unroll the pastry onto a board and cut in half lengthways.

Step 3: Divide the sausage mixture in two and spread along the length of each pastry strip.

Step 4: Tightly roll the pastry around the sausage meat and brush the ends with the beaten egg to secure. 

Step 5: Cut each roll into 10 pieces with a sharp knife, and
arrange on a baking sheet.

Step 6: Brush more beaten egg all over the pastry.
Cook for 25-35 mins until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the meat has cooked through.
