Mint Summer Salad

Fresh & full of flavour

Ingredients:
100g chopped tomatoes
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 red onion (chopped)
100g Mint (chopped)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt & pepper

Method:
Step 1:
Prepare all of the ingredients that need to be chopped and juiced.

Step 2: Mix altogether in a large bowl, topping with more salt & pepper if needed.
