Walnut & Goats Cheese

The salad of all salads

Ingredients:
1 beetroot (cut into thin slices)
Handful of mixed salad (Arugula & spinach)
Handful of pinenuts
Handful of walnuts:
(fry for 1-2 mins on a dry pan)
1/2 granny smith apple (cut into thin slices)
Goat or feta cheese (crumbled)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp salt & pepper

Method:
Step 1:
Prepare all of the ingredients that need to be chopped and sliced. Don’t forget to wash the salad.

Step 2: Next, cook the walnuts and pine nuts in a frying pan, on a medium heat until they turn brown.

Step 3: Combine all the ingredients above in a large bowl.

Step 4: Mix well together so everything is fully combined.

Step 5: Add a little more glaze if you wish!
