Ingredients:
50g Rasberry
50g Blueberries
1 banana
Handful of spinach
A handful of summer seeds
2 large tbsp natural yogurt
Ice (optional)
1/2 cup water
Method:
Step 1:Using a food processor or a blender, put all your ingredients in. You can also use water or orange juice to make it less thick.
Step 2: Blend until fully smooth, and serve!
